Tim Sullivan
1. Tell us about your background: Originally from Central Virginia, I moved north when I started working in property management. I have spent nearly two decades in the Apartment industry as a Service Manager and a Sales Representative.
2. What is your role? As the Maintenance Coordinator, I am in charge of all work orders. During the term of the lease, I am responsible for keeping the properties in compliance with the lease agreements on the maintenance side of things. I handle all resident requests and send them to the appropriate vendors or contact the owners to see how they'd like to handle things.
3. What do you enjoy about your job the most? As a company, Chesapeake has a human difference. Everyone is local and genuinely cares about what is happening on a day-to-day basis with our owners and residents. We work hard to ensure things are done correctly, and communication is paramount.
