1. Tell us about your background: Originally from Connecticut, I have spent over ten years in the Marketing Industry, with a Master's in Digital Marketing from Sacred Heart University. I have worked for companies in different industries including motorsports, sports media, oil and energy, and home services. I am able to bring my experience to the table and help our clients achieve their goals. I am delighted that I found my place at Chesapeake Property Management.
2. What is your role? As the Marketing Manager, I ensure that all properties are marketed correctly and help the team rent or sell them using the power of the Internet. I also handle improving our internal systems, making our business more efficient, and giving owners and residents a better experience overall.
3. What do you enjoy about your job the most? Working for a family-owned business is incredibly satisfying. Every day, you improve your understanding of the business's inner workings. I get to wrap my arms around so many projects and take them to the finish line. Unlike other companies, Chesapeake is just the right sizeānot too large that the customer service quality is affected, but not too small to where they cannot support your needs as a owner or client.
